Terms of Use for Craaft

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Craaft to sell your products or services (the "Platform"), you ("Vendor") agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document outlines the rights and responsibilities of both Craaft ("we," "us," or "our") and the Vendor. Violation of any part of this agreement may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.

2. Fraud Prevention

Craaft maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities. Vendors agree not to engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or false advertising. Any attempt to defraud customers or Craaft will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

3. Payment and Pricing

Vendors are responsible for setting their prices. Craaft is not liable for any discrepancies between listed and final transaction prices. Payment processing fees may apply and will be transparently disclosed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Craaft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you use it at your own risk.

5. Dispute Resolution and Court Settlement

In the event of a dispute between Craaft and the Vendor, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree that any legal proceedings shall take place in courts located in Nigeria.

6. Product Quality and Fulfillment

Vendors must ensure that all listed products meet quality standards and fulfill customer expectations. Orders should be processed and shipped promptly. Craaft reserves the right to remove listings that fail to meet quality or reliability standards.

7. Compliance with Laws

Vendors agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with consumer protection, intellectual property, and anti-fraud laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Vendors are responsible for protecting any personal data collected from customers in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Craaft is not responsible for any data mishandling on the Vendor’s part.

9. Modification of Terms

Craaft reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

Craaft reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts at its sole discretion if there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Vendors may also choose to terminate their accounts but must honor any outstanding orders or agreements.

11. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craaft, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Craaft and the Vendor. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are null and void.
